Southern California based guitarist / educator & recording artist Gary Bruno is very comfortable playing in many styles and has been doing so for over two decades.
Growing up in the Northeast Tri State area, Gary was introduced to many different styles, including jazz records played around the house by his parents. He landed a seat in the Dave Mason Band which led to playing Greenpeace concerts with John Denver. After a stint in Las Vegas, Gary settled in Southern California where he currently resides.
Even though his first love is jazz, he has recorded, toured or played with Brian Krinek, Jeff Lorber, The Ron Kobayashi Trio, Karen Gallinger, Theo Bishop, Gordon James, Kenny Loggins, and more.

Sandy DeVito
Sandy DeVito was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1932. At the age of 11 he began teaching himself to play the guitar. Like so many players of that era, Sandy didn’t study formally in a college classroom, but rather learned and developed his art by gigging in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. He soon became a strong disciple of New York’s incomparable Chuck Wayne.
Always the consummate accompanist, Sandy performed with Julie London, Vickie Carr, Julius LaRosa and Tony Martin to name a few. He has recorded with Les Paul, Charlie Byrd, George Barnes, and the Ray Charles Singers. He has played with Cal Collins, Bucky Pizzarelli, Joe Diorio, Ron Eschete, Mundell Lowe, Jeff Linsky, Jeff Berlin, and shared the stage with Peter Nero. His premier album entitled “Solo Guitar” was released in 1982.
One of Bob and Cindy’s closest friends, Sandy now plays and teaches at The Music Room in Escondido, CA, and very much enjoys his well deserved status as one of Southern California’s most sought-after guitarists and educators.

Barry Greene
Artist/Educator Barry Greene defies – no, decimates – the adage that those who can’t, teach. Monster chops, soulful feel, full/rich classic jazz tone, and virtuosic harmonic techniques establish him as a top tier guitarist. But he still fits easily into academia as a Professor of Jazz Guitar at the University of North Florida where he has taught since 1995. His recent recordings and concerts with artists like Tim Hagens, Danny Gottlieb, Gene Bertoncini, and Adam Nussbaum, or gigs as leader at jazz festivals around the world, solidify his credentials as a leading player.
Barry represents an important generational voice in jazz guitar and is selflessly producing the next great generation of players.

Joe Negri
It is hard to describe music in Pittsburgh without first mentioning the name Joe Negri. A legendary figure with an enormous capacity for sharing his love of jazz, Joe has managed to easily straddle the line between performing artist and educator. At home with the symphony, in the classroom at Carnegie Mellon or Duquesne University, teaching young children with his “Jazz in the Neighborhood” program, or with a jazz quartet at a nightclub or society party, Joe is the quintessential professional guitarist/educator. Of course, millions of children (over several generations) remember him as Handyman Negri from the PBS Show Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. But jazz guitarists think of him as a dedicated, knowledge-filled, versatile straight-ahead player with elder-statesman status and common sense approach to music.
